I Build
AI Factories.
Automated systems that take an input and reliably produce an output — at scale, at low cost, without a team.
iOS apps for $3. Property reels in 8 minutes. Five businesses on one autonomous infrastructure.

The Concept
What Is an AI Factory?
A factory takes an input and reliably produces an output — at scale, at low cost, without a team. A craftsman builds one thing at a time using skill and judgment. A factory builds the same thing a thousand times using systems and machines.
Skilled. Slow. Expensive. Every output depends on one person's time and judgment. The business doesn't scale — the person does.
- Output stops when people stop
- Cost per unit stays high forever
- Quality depends on who showed up today
Deterministic. Fast. Cheap per unit. The same input produces the same output every time. The business scales independently of headcount.
- Runs 24/7 without a manager
- Cost per unit drops with volume
- Quality is enforced by gates, not people
Real Numbers From Factories I've Built
The Framework
Three Factories Every Company Needs
Most businesses have none of these. The ones that build all three run on infrastructure, not headcount.
The Build Factory
Produces your product at scale.
Takes a brief or template and outputs a finished, deployable product — an app, content, a marketing asset, software. What used to take a team and weeks now takes a pipeline and minutes.
Examples
- iOS apps built and shipped to the App Store
- Chrome extensions built and published
- Branded video reels from property photos
- Marketing campaigns from creative briefs
The Sell Factory
Finds and converts customers automatically.
Sources leads that match your ICP, drafts personalized outreach, sends it, tracks replies, and routes interested prospects to your calendar. Runs daily without a sales rep.
Examples
- Lead sourcing from TREC, Apollo, Instagram, Realtor.com
- AI-personalized outreach at scale
- Reply tracking and interest scoring
- Auto calendar booking for qualified leads
The Run Factory
Handles fulfillment and learns to improve.
Takes a customer order, fulfills it, processes payment, sends confirmation, and feeds performance data back into the system so the next run is better. The business runs itself.
Examples
- Stripe payment processing + fulfillment
- Performance data ingestion across all units
- Cross-factory learning and recommendation
- Nightly improvement cycles, no operator input
Which factory does your business need first?
Proof of Concept
Factories I've Already Built
These aren't demos or prototypes. They're running production systems with real clients, real outputs, and real revenue.

Real Estate Reels Factory
Property photos in → branded video reels out.
Takes a real estate listing's photos, generates an AI-scripted branded video reel, adds captions, music, and watermark, then delivers a posting package for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — in under 10 minutes per property.

iOS App Factory
App concept in → App Store listing out.
A five-stage deterministic pipeline: Discovery → Design → Build → Submit → Marketing. Each stage has quality gates that must pass before the next stage begins. No exceptions. No manual review required.

BusinessFactory
Five businesses. One autonomous infrastructure.
A single HTTP server that orchestrates lead sourcing, AI-personalized outreach, social posting, payment processing, fulfillment, and order confirmation across five business models — running on daily cron jobs without a team.

Mopac Software / Gauntlet AI
Rebuilt a bankrupt public company with AI in weeks.
Part of the Gauntlet AI elite engineering fellowship in Austin. Led the AI Campaign Builder and agentic system integration across teams — replacing 15-year-old workflows with multi-agent architecture. Featured in an upcoming Netflix documentary.
Building more factories. Have a workflow that should be one?
How I Work
Three Ways to Work Together
From a full factory build to a focused operator consult — there's a right-sized engagement for where you are.
Factory Build
I design and build your AI factory end-to-end.
You have a production workflow that's expensive, slow, or dependent on headcount. I identify the exact system to build, architect it, build it, and hand you a running factory. You keep the IP and the infrastructure.
What You Get
- Production workflow audit and factory design
- Complete build: pipeline, stages, quality gates
- Integration with your existing tools and data
- Full handover with documentation and training
- 30 days post-launch support
Operator Consulting
A specific factory for a specific problem.
You're an operator with one workflow to automate. You don't need a transformation — you need a machine. I scope it tight, build it fast, and you're running in weeks, not months.
What You Get
- Single workflow analysis and factory design
- Build and deployment of one factory
- Operator training and runbook
- 2 weeks of post-launch support
Factory Workshop
I teach your team to build their own.
Half-day or full-day intensive. I walk your team through the factory model, live-build a prototype for your actual workflow, and leave them with the architecture patterns to keep going.
What You Get
- Factory architecture and design patterns
- Live prototype build using your workflow
- Template library and starter code
- Workshop recording + follow-up Q&A
Not sure which fits? The strategy call is free and 30 minutes. We'll figure it out together.
Background
Builder From Day One
Enterprise software. Real estate operations. AI factories. Different industries, same obsession: build systems that produce at scale.
2015–2019
First iOS Engineer, MoneyGram International
Built the fully transactional, multilingual global iOS app for international money transfers. By the time I left, the app drove more transfer volume than any other channel. Learned to build mission-critical infrastructure at enterprise scale.
2019–2023
Founder & Operator, Prestige Rentals
Built and operated a portfolio of boutique hotels, extended-stay units, and BnBs across Texas (Hotel Dilley, CityPlace BnB). Used custom automation and analytics to grow performance 50%+ year-over-year. Learned to build and run real businesses powered by technology.
2024–Present
AI Engineer, Gauntlet AI · Building AI Factories
Part of the Gauntlet AI elite engineering fellowship in Austin, leading the AI Campaign Builder rebuild of Marin Software into Mopac — replacing 15-year-old workflows with multi-agent systems. Simultaneously building a suite of AI production factories that ship apps, video, and business operations autonomously.

"I've built software for 200+ countries. Operated hotels with automation. Shipped iOS apps to the App Store for $3 apiece. The pattern is always the same: find the system, build the machine, let it run."
